We are a collective of highly educated, experienced, independent hair artists who love what we do, take our craft seriously, and want every client to feel comfortable, confident, and at home from the moment they walk through our doors. Alma Hedges Braun is the founder and creative visionary behind Always Chic Salon & Co. With more than 15 years behind the chair, Alma has built her career around a passion for transformation, continued education, and mastering her craft. Specializing in hair extensions, advanced color, and complex color corrections, Alma is known for taking on challenging transformations and creating customized results for each client. Education has remained at the heart of her career. As techniques, products, and trends continue to evolve, Alma believes a great stylist should never stop learning, growing, or perfecting their craft. Her vision for Always Chic has always been to create a welcoming, elevated salon where talented independent artists can grow and clients can feel their absolute best.
